Restraining Order Help?

I have a tenant that just moved in May 1. Handed me deposit for security and 1st month. I get a call on May 4 that husband stole rent money for June and beat up the wife. Now there is a restraining order against him. She wants locks changed because he has come into the house and removed belongings. He wants access to the house to get stuff but he is not supposed to be near the home. She wants his name off the lease so it will be a crime to break and enter. Do I get rid of them both? Give a 3 day notice come June 1 and rewrite the lease for her? Any help?????

    This is a toughie. Do you have a clause in your lease about tenants leaving early?

    That might be a way to get the boyfriend out of the house legally. I am not an attorney, but that is my opinion from 10 years Property Management experience.

    We also have a statement in our lease, that if the cops are called their twice during a year, they can be booted out.
