Renting A Vacation Home
I am thinking about taking my vacation home and turn into a nightly rental. As I was looking through my mortgage papers I noticed a document that I signed stating that I would occupy this residence and not lease or rent. I want to know if I can legally rent my second home or what I should do to get that statement changed with the lender. :-S :-S
