Ready To Buy, Set Up Trust Now???
I have my sites on a couple of houses. I want protection both now and down the road. From what I read, land trusts are the way to go. But do I set up a trust before or after the sale is done? Any help or pointing in the right direction is greatly appreciated. GA_John
