PSS: BTW Derrick, is it too late to help this husband I was telling you about where the property is solely in her name and she has abandoned the property for nearly a year? The property will be sold at auction this TUES.
You mentioned this would be perfect for the "land trust" and so forth...I sent emails to you but never got a response from the last two and they were sent earlier in the week....It's now FRI....what's up with that???
