Question On Renting To Someone Filing For Bankrupcy
I have a prospective tenant that is looking to rent one of my properties. They told me that they will be filing for bankrupcy because of a previous debt. What problems could I have if I decide to rent to them? Any other information would be greatly appreciated. Thank you :-S

I have a tenant whose credit was very shoddy. However, most of her problems were in the past and she seemed like she had it together. I took a chance, (after I checked her references) and she has been great! We just resigned her lease after a year of no problems!
