Partnership Question
Does a property owned by a partnership consisting of two people have to be titled in the name of the partnership? Or can two people have a partnership agreement that shows them as co-owners, with percentage of ownership, management responsibilities, etc., and leave both of their names on the title?

you can take title as tenants in common & have a separate Tenant in Common agreement that is drafted much like a partnership agreement
