Operation Agreement
I have opened LLC without a lawyer and plan to use an example operation agreement to create my own. What i don't understand is in what situations i might need to show this agreement to someone. Would that be CPA, IRS .... ? thanks Tori

when you sell a property that belongs to the llc, the title company will want to take a look at it.
