I've found it very difficult to find an attorney that is knowlegable in real estate and cooperate issues. You may have to employ two attorneys.
Find an attorney that will charge you strictly by the hour. Most entities are fairly standard and shouldn't take much time to set up. After the first one, my attorney charges me between $30-50 to simply change the name of the company. The state then charges an additional fee.
Start interviewing attorneys to find one that matches your needs. A bad attorney that charges $100/hr can cost you more money than a good one that charges $250/hr!!
Any corporate attorney should be able to forefill your LLC needs.
