Lost Hud House In Bankruptcy
i lost my house in 2000 when my wife left and we our bankruptcy became discharged I tried to buy a new house this year and they said my house wasn't foreclosed until 2.5 years ago when they finally sold it is this legal? i need it foreclosed for 36 months any suggestions?
See if you can get some info from the title records. Take a look at the dates so you can tell when the title was transferred.
Not sure when a foreclosure gets recorded on your credit file what date is used.
