LLC Owner's Identity?
I know of a house that has been abandoned for some time. It is in the name of an LLC, but I could not find the LLC listing information on my state's web site. I know LLCs can protect privacy but there has to be some way to find out the owner's names so I can contact them. Does anyone know how?

Go down to the registar of deeds for the property and look at the deeds and mortgages on the property if there was a mortgage at one time.
You may be able to get a contact address for the LLC, the county has to be sending the tax bill somewhere for the property. (If not you may want to check about just buying the tax certificates.)
You may also be able to find information on an attorney or the previous owner and contact them for contact information on who bought the property.
The LLC is probably formed in another state that is why you can't find info on it.
