LLC Business Purpose
I'm setting up an LLC. One of the blanks on the form is for the business purpose of the LLC. I'm considering entering "Real Estate Holding Company". Is there something else that I should use instead?
I'm setting up an LLC. One of the blanks on the form is for the business purpose of the LLC. I'm considering entering "Real Estate Holding Company". Is there something else that I should use instead?
Here's what I would put.
"The purpose of the Company is to engage in any lawful act or activity for which a Limited Liability Company may be formed under the Limited Liability statutes of the State of Michigan
Suggest you use as broad & general a definition of purpose as you can...why limit what your co. can do?
