Liabilaty Question For RE Inc.
I am setting up a RE investement biz and will be Inc. in a few days I do not have rental properties I just buy and flip for profit, I may rehab the propertie before the flip but that is not always the case I also do biz across state lines meaning in other states my question is, do I need liability insurance for the Inc. itself or just liabilaty insurance for the properties that I purchase :-?
