Land Trust In New York State
I am in the process of purchasing a rental unit I want to form a land trust for this property like all my other propertys I was supposed to get the contracts today but the selling attorney has a problem with the property being put in a land trust she says it is agains the law in NY for it to be in a land trust I told her all my places are in Land trusts she told me well that dont make it legal. Some wheres here someone had a link for land trusts I would like to find it again so I can show this lawyer that it is legal.Any help would be great.
