Just Starting Please Help
Hi!
My husband and I are just getting started in that we have a plan mapped out as to what we're going to do. We want to start getting our names out in the world so we need to know if we should go ahead and file w/ the Sec of State in TX as an S-Corp or LLC - whichever we finally decide on. And if we do, can we file even though our capital is $0??

dont worry about that yet, do a few deals first to see if this is something you want to do full time
So it is perfectly legal to get a small pack of business cards that just say 'We buy houses' and put our phone numbers on there? And if we happen across a deal or 2 that we profit on, we would just claim that as part of our personal income tax?
