How Many Attorneys Does It Take.........?

srb profile photo

Hi all,
To be successful in RE, my guess is I would need the following attorneys:

(1) RE attorney to look over my contracts, forms etc.
(2) Corporate attorney (?) to set up LLC, C-corp or S-corp etc.
(3) Tax attorney or a CPA to do my taxes
(4) Estate attorney to do the land trust thing (especially if buying sub-2 using transfer into land trust and assignment of beneficial interest)

Can the number be reduced ?!

Also, one more legal question: The land trust for anonymity and "corporation" thing for immunity - do they kick in even if you buy property in your own name and transfer it later to these entities or do you have to buy in their names to get the benefits?

Thanks,

"B".

Some firms have attorneys in house that handle all these things. Some attorney's themselves have an exclusive transaction practice and do all this kind of work as well.
