How Do You Put Someone On Title?
This should be easy for some of you, but I never had to do this till now. I have a property that I own and need to put my fiance on title so we can refinance it for better rates.
What are the steps to doing this?

You have a couple options.
a. You could buy a State Specific Deed and fill the blank spaces in.You can get the legal discription off of your current deed. You will want the deed to be conveyed by you to you and your fiance. Then go down to your recorders office and record it.
b.You can pay a title company or lawyer to draw up a deed and they will record it.

I have a similar situation. I am going to partner with my Godson on a deal, and we will be using his credit, and I will be the money partner.
I was wondering if there is a way that I can be added to the deed after the loan is closed.
We will have a Joint Venture agreement spelling everything out, but was wondering if going on the title would be more insurance if anything would happen.
Any advice or suggestion would be appreciated.
