How Can I Buy Property That Has NOT Been Probated?
Got a seller whose mom died 11yrs ago. house is still in mom's name. never probated. there are nine siblings all willing to give power of attorney to seller. seller wants to sell to me and deed property but has no legal authority. what paperwork is needed for this and is probate necessary ? thanks.
