My friend just had her house she was renting sold out from underneeth her. She is a single mother of two kids and dosent make alot of money. What can she do?
what were the terms of the rent agreement? the new owner has to atleast respect the rent agreement that was already in place... dont they?
it may call for some legal wizard or something like that. dunno... but i hear a contract is binding and breaking the contract without all parties knowing is illegal isnt it???

is Section 8 housing available in her area? That is subsidized housing from govt, they pay for part of rent.
