Has Nevada Gone Crazy?

For many years, Nevada (NV) was viewed by many as the shangra-lai for asset protection and incorporation. Then last year, the NV supreme court ruled against the NV legislature -- a seperate, but supposedly equal branch of government -- in favor of a plantiff that sued the legislature to raise taxes for more $$$ 2 government schools.

Then, I read a survey by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce that ranked NV in the bottom half of all states for stable and business-friendly court state court systems.

SCARY. If the NV supreme court will go after an equal branch of government , what's 2 stop it from going after private citizens and businesses?

Well, it seems the virus has spread from the judges to other politicians and bureaucrats.

Used 2 b, NV was the only state that did not share tax information on its citizens and corps with the IRS. But not any more. I was told by my NV resident agent NV now reciprocates such sensitive info with the IRS.

What's more, they're jacking up the costs of incorporating across the spectrum and requiring greater disclosure. bye-bye anonymity -- another former NV forte.

I'm closing down my NV corp and moving elsewhere.

Just curious, anyone else heard about these shenanigans?
