Getting My Tennant Eviction Listed On Their Credit Report

BHoman profile photo

I have a tennant that has no intention of paying me rent. I will be happy to see the sheriff remove this tennant. I know I will never get any money from this person, but I want the satisfaction of having the eviction listed on the tennants credit report. How can I make that happen without spending hundreds of dollars going through all the court system steps to oficially get the tennant labeled a non-paying deadbeat?

You have to be a paid SUBSCRIBER to the Credit Reporting Service you are trying to get an Unlawful Detainer listed on. Court Records are public info and pick up on Credit Reports, but not all and not necessarily. As a Paid Subscriber you have input methods available to you.

Landlord411 on web will accept a small fee to report the tenant I believe. I was in same boat and was more than willing to pay it in pursuit of vengeance.

If you show proof to credit plus. They will make sure that it is listed on all three bureaus. (for a charge). You can go to their website and download the information
