FIRPTA And How It Effects Quick Turning...
I am moving to the USA from New Zealand in two weeks on a non working visa waiver with the aspirations of whoesaling/quick turning real estate. I have recently heard about FIRPTA and I am concerned about the implications it will have. To take 10% of the total sale price will kill any potential flips so I was wondering if there is anyway around this etc. for someone in my situation. Any help would be greatly appreciated
