What Do You Think About Delaware "Series" LLC
I have properties in Phx as well as FL and TX. I am curious if Delaware "Series" LLC is suitable for me. I've just created parent LLC and subsidiaries LLCs in AZ. I want to make sure that is the best option for me.
Delaware is really corporate friendly. However, from what I understand, the real benefit to Delaware is in it's corporations, not it's LLCs. Nevada and Wyoming are also very LLC and corporate friendly. Check the laws in your state, but you may find, as I have, that there is no real benefit to forming the LLC outside of your own state.
