Do I Have To Pay This?
I just got a notices from the city with 2 invoices for cutting the grass on a HUD property I recently bought. The invoices are dated before I took ownership of the property. Am I liable for these or should I go back to HUD for payment?

Send them back to the city with a note saying that at the time the services were rendered you did not own the property and they should talk to HUD.
