Do I Have To Disclose My Expired License?
After a very brief (six months) and unproductive career as a part-time real estate agent seven years ago, I am getting back into the real estate business as an investor. My question is, am I legally obligated to disclose that I previously held a real estate license, even though it has been expired for seven years and I have no plans of renewing it? P.S. Great site!!! I am learning a lot by reading all the posts here.

That's what I thought, but I wanted to be sure. Thanks for the reply.
I would check with the PA licensing authority to be sure. But logically it makes sense that it would only be if you are a licensed agent (if its expired then your aren't licensed).
