Deeding Rentals To LLC - What About LOC?
I have been thinking about deeding my rentals into an LLC. I currently have fixed mortgages from and Lines of Credit (LOC) on each of these properties. Has anyone had a problem with the mortgage or LOC after redeeding the property. I realize that subject 2 people will say NO. But thought that maybe with the LOC being frozen and the banks reevaluating their loans that it might be a different environment. I can not afford to get my LOC pulled.
