Closing On Commercial Property
Can a closing be done through the mail?
I have a property I am buying for 6.5 million and the seller will be in Asia at the time of closing. The Escrow agent is in Rhode Island, the lender is in NJ and the property and myself (buyer) are in Florida. We havent picked out a closing agent yet, but I was wondering if this could all be done through FEDEX and notaries rather than postpone the closing? Any help would be great.

I would be interested in hearing more about this deal you found. Do you have other partners buying with you? Or how did you get to where you are now? Good luck with it and hope it's profitable.
