:-( I need to find someone that has knowlege in the area ( subject line) I need to supply one or the other to the managers of the property that I am to inherit , along with the Proof of Death and Heirship form which they supplied to me. It looks like you'll need to go into a little more detail about what's happened, your position as an heir, whether there's a pending administration (will probate or whatever), and exactly what you've been told by "managers" of the property.
Also, where is the property? Different answers depending on whether it's in CA, AZ, NV, etc.
