Can Quitclaim Deeds Be Reversed?
My friend transfered the deed to her home to her daughter by a quitclaim deed. She didn't want her daughter to have problems getting a deed to the property if something happened to her and her husband. Problem, daughter used quitclaim deed to get a loan at the bank and now that daughter has married, her husband is threatening to throw my friend and her husband out on the street because their names are no longer on the deed. Is there anyway my friend can reverse the quitclaim deed? This is her childhood home and she is afraid she will lose it.

Yeah that sucks. she should have put the propery in a trust. can't go back now unless she can convince her daughter to do so.
