If you plan on doing 10's of thousands of $$$ in business, do you think it's worth an atty.
There are lots of subtle that that you might want to consider, that a "canned" form doesn't address.
I pretty much feel this way about the 1st time I do a new structure/doc/transaction.
Recently did financing via an LLC, so I needed a resolution. The free form on the web, looked nothing like the one drafted for me.
It's a single person LLC today, but will it be forever? Do you want to include that flexibility?
It might be a 2 page for to file w/ the state to open an LLC but at least in CA there were other issues like the operating agreement, the EIN, paying the estimated state tax, etc.

In AZ, all you have to do is to fill 2 page forms. Perhaps you can take a look and decide which way is better.
