  Learn to read contracts on your own. Take the time and go through the entire contract line by line and word for word. Use the Internet to your advantage and learn those unfamiiar words.

  You forfeit your right to protection under Regs Z and R by allowing the ACH Electronic transactions.
  
  The company can debit at anytime. Unless you have an Affidavit revoking permission to the Co.
  
  In this case they could still have the ACH honored and debited from your account by showing that you agreed to a certain payment ---previously authorized by your signature.
  
  Sticky issue---sometimes even your lender will over look your previousl Affidavit filed and honor future debits.
  
  Best solution is to finalize(close) your account and set up a new account (clean) and free of ACH/Debit access.
