I am a new rei and looking for a good RE lawyer. Any good referrals from personal experience?

Also any good things to ask a RE lawyer when looking and talking to one?

    I live in Ontario, Ca 92860. I would like them to be within 50 miles or so.. If none on that area, any where in so cal is fine for now. Just someone who specializes in RE law.
