all I want is to set up a Land Trust in Florida

I got Jay Mitton books from seminar too complicated for all I want a this point I have rentals that I want to get into a Land Trust. I need to know if in Florida it is legal and just the simple paperwork/book needed or where to get the CORRECT info to do this quick and easy. Any posts appreciated , Thanks! LM :)

    Yes, landtrusts are legal in Florida (although I am not a lawyer). Go to lantrust.net for more info.
