Has anyone heard of or used attorney William Bronchicks step by step guide to Land trusts? If so would you recommend it? I have a few properties I would like to transfer to a land trust and would like to know if I should invest in the kit. I appreciate any feedback, thanks ;-)

    This is not the program I have, but I do own hisL/O info. We do not buy property unless it is in a LT. CYA
