Value Of Mini-storage Building And Land

I have a 25 unit mini-storage facility on one acre and I am wondering how much to ask for it. Occupancy is 92%. Land is @ 7500 per acre. The unit is thre years old.

    Find a broker in the area that specialize in mini-store and have him giive you an idea of the value.

    Most are quite helpful
