On a hud short sale does a realtor commision get added to the sales contract? for example 82% + a 6% commision so they net 82%. Or do they take 82% of the appraised then doc the commision out of their 82% net? Thanks :-S
The FHA must NET not less than 82% from a preforeclosure short sale. The sale price must anticipate all liens, all costs, all fees, etc. and leave a net proceed of between 87% and 82% of the as-is confirmed value, and/or sales price.[ Edited by SpecialCareRealtor on Date 05/13/2005 ]
