How To Sell Land Lots ASAP?

I am looking at a house in the city for buy as a rental, it comes with 4 city lots that I have no interest in owning, but they could be worth 500 bucks a peice. So what do I need to do to be able to sell them immedietely after purchase, and what is the easiest way to sell them without a lawyer or anything.

    check zoning and get with the city about what they require to split the parcels.
