How Do You Figure Development Cost For Multifamily
I need to figure out a simple formula for the development costs of multifamily development verses single family.
I believe single family is something like 150-200/LS.
So what is multifamily. I have approximately 90 acres and I cannot build more than 18 units per acrea. The sidewalks must be 12 feet wide(if that helps).
Any help is needed.
