Housing Market Dropping Or Just Autom Slump
Just bought a 2nd and 3rd home on one lot at below market value (20%). Will make minor improvememnts to fine tune property . It is an awsome, unique property and has amazing views of Santa Barbara wine country. Hard to know wether to turn properties after quick fix up for quick profits or hold on to them. :-S
