House Lead Or Contract?
Hi I just gave an investor all information on a home about to go into foreclosure in a few weeks. He just e-mailed me asking if I gave him a lead or a contract. What's the difference? I did not send him any contract yet. Thanks in advance. :-S

It sounds like he wants to know if you have a purchase agreemeant with the owner.
You have a lead Name + info. You should get an agreement with your investor so you both know what to expect

I guess it is a lead because that's what we would normally give out; name, info, etc. Just got confused when he asked about the contract part and we never do anything else with the seller but get info.
