Getting Replies From Owners In Distress....
We have all tried the "Get the NOD list and send letters) route.....all to have your letter added to the stack of 50-100 that they already have. I have a few idea's.....but would be interested in hearing others creative/original ways to get homeowners in distress calling you

im sure a combo of everything works best, but IMO bandit signs have worked the best for me.
