Which Of These 3 Foreclosure Sites Is The Most Worthwhile?

the81investor profile photo

Hello Gang,
Wondering if anyone has had any luck with any of these websites...I have thought about giving one or two of them a trial run. I already have my sources for government owned properties, but the bank owned are hidden a bit better. Thank you for any help and advice.

SITES

1. REOZONE - (179.95 6 mo term)

2. FORECLOSUREFREELIST - ($5.95 week)

3. FORECLOSUREWORLD - (Approx $400 lifetime)

Thanks again.

    #4 YOU
    I like this site , because it"s free .
Try to do your own search of the court records your self . By the clerk of the court in your own area , under foreclosures and then look at the case or file... have fun !

I agree... The three listed above aren't worth anything...

Try site FORECLOSURES not FORECLOSURE !

#4 YOU is very time consuming and, unless, you have nothing else to do, this is not a good option. I did it for a while, but it is not an option for me anymore.

I have used dataquick, realquest, and a locally produced list specifically for this county.

I found the free or cheap sites did note have timely or accurate data and going to the recorder's office and using their nasty system (which I have done in a pinch) was burdonsome and not free.

I have also talked my way in a title company's front door and they noe will provide services such as:

    Comps
    document images (TD, NoD, NTS)
    property profile
    info on schools
    etc

They doc images being most key.

I, like CJ, have used DataQuick with some good results. Good Luck.
