I usually go to the county/city clerk, and just ask how do I go about referencing ....... in .... Many have the information online. It depends on what type of forclosure you are looking for; you will generally find tax forclosures information online, and in my county, they sometimes post mortgage foreclosures on the wall; you may want to start there.
