I have fond many vacant and condemned properties in my area; does any one have suggestions as what to say in a letter to the owners? Thanks

If you have many... I would be weary...
If you want them - make the appropriate cash offer "low ball" and pick em up dirt cheap..if there are many as you say ... theres a propblem in the area, be it neighborhood or economy. Cash them out low!
