Every where I look, there is a cost to the site. Any suggestions?

I am just getting started.

    You have 2 choices

1.) pay the money. its a service.

You're going to spend let's say $100,000 on a property that you hope to earn a good return on, and this isn't worth $19.99 a month? A simple a appraisal costs 15 times that.

It takes a lot of time and effort to collect foreclosure information in a timley fashion. So, you will probably will not find any companies that provide timley and accurate information for free.
