We Buy Houses Signs?
I am a Loan Officer here in the Southern CA area, I get free foreclosure leads from my title company every week, I do post card mailers and knock on doors. I was wondering How Effective are the small "WE BUY HOUSES" signs? IF so, how many signs should 1 use?
I generate a few calls a week from them. Only 1 deal though in 6 weeks. Depends where you put them. I have some in niche' areas and some all over. Depends what your trying to get out of them.
ncboater, thanks for your Input........basically I will do a variety of things........of course, my first option is to purchase the property, if they wish to keep it, I can help them refi their home with enough equity of course, I also have an agent that works in the office if they wish to sell their home through that route............have a great day.
