Want info on Dan Baker the investor

I wanted to hear the thoughts from anyone who talked with and/or worked with Dan Baker. I am sure everyone recalls his posts about the investor with cash looking for working parters. I know some people are upset because he spammed. But I have plans to meet with him and I want to hear about his business and if anyone worked with him. Thank you, Paula S.
