whats up guys im currently looking to purchase a 3 bed one bath in a middle-upper class area. the question to you is, is it worth dormering the upstairs and putting in a second bathroom? on average how much return have you seen by dormering? on average, how much does a simple dormer and bathroom install go for. im looking in nj
What is a dormer?
cape cod style houses usually have two dormers on the front, they are little extensions with windows from the roof, generally, i believe they also call the large additions people make in the attics of 1.5 story houses "dormers" too. I think the smaller dormers really make a cape cod house stand out, especially with architectural shingles. However, i have never done a project like that
