Should you do a title search before you purchase at the courthouse steps? What are some ways to get search done for less than $150? (the going rate in Georgia) I am a newby and would like to bid on 6/3 auction. Thanks, Wayne

    I would call the current trustee. Sometimes the trustee will do title searches for a fee. If the current trustee does not do title searches, go down to the court house on any particular day they have acutions and ask some other investors. hope this helps.
