In Seminole County FL, I have seen "SUCC TRUSTEE" which means successor trustee. It is a replacement trustee, meaning not the original trustee. I am buying a peice of property from a SUCC TRUSTEE now and he was court appointed to replace the original. No idea if this is the norm for a SUCC TRUSTEE.
