starting door knocking and calls
ok ok ok.........I have tried the direct mail for about four months and have no deals under my belt. Have had a few callls, but nothing developed. I choice direct mail to try to break into this business because my 9-5 job doesnt leave me a lot of free time.
i have realized i have to start making phone calls and knocking on doors to get somewhere. any suggestions from the experts on how do these conversations?

Where are you obtaining your names and addresses from to send direct mail? What is it that you are sending them?
